Q What is nursing home negligence and when do I have a claim?

Nursing home negligence occurs when a long-term care facility fails to provide the care standard required by Ontario's Long-Term Care Homes Act, causing harm to a resident - through pressure sores, falls, medication errors, malnutrition, or physical and psychological abuse by staff.

Q What is the Gymnastics Canada abuse lawsuit?

The Gymnastics Canada lawsuit is a class action brought on behalf of current and former athletes who suffered physical, sexual, and psychological abuse within Canada's gymnastics system at provincial and national levels. Meghan is part of the legal team representing plaintiffs.

Q How does Meghan's insurance defence background benefit her clients?

Meghan began her career representing insurance companies, giving her a practical understanding of how insurers assess claims, build defences, and allocate settlement authority. She uses that insider knowledge on behalf of the plaintiffs she now represents - anticipating defence strategies and building stronger cases.
