Howard R. Howard’s clients include individuals whose insurers have denied, cut off, or delayed long-term disability benefits – including those with chronic pain conditions, mental health diagnoses, and other disabilities that are not always visible or easy to verify on medical examination. He understands that LTD denials often occur at the worst possible moment in a client’s life, when their income has already stopped and they are managing the physical or psychological consequences of a serious condition. He approaches each file with genuine compassion for the client’s situation alongside rigorous preparation of the legal and medical record.

Howard holds a BA (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from the same institution. Beyond his legal practice, he co-chairs the annual “Law Slam Tennis Challenge,” an annual charity tennis tournament for Ontario lawyers that raises thousands of dollars each year for Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and Pro Bono Law Ontario – two organizations whose work reflects a commitment to access to justice and the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.
